Jacobus Hendrik (Henk) Pierneef (usually referred to as Pierneef) (13 Honourable 1886 Pretoria – 4 Oct 1957 Pretoria),[1] was a Southernmost African landscape artist, generally estimated to be one of say publicly best of the old Southbound African masters.

Pierneef was born in Pretoria, from Dutch and Boer coat.
